Room Booking Information
Our 40,000 sq. ft. facility at 425 Holland St. West offers a variety of community and study spaces available for rent.
All fees include HST and are subject to change. Please contact the Library for the most up-to-date rates.
Equipment & Setup: Please indicate required equipment and setup assistance when booking. Note that the Library does not provide laptops; you must bring your own HDMI-compatible device and adapters.
Availability: Meeting spaces are available during Library open hours only. Rooms are not available on statutory holidays or designated staff training days.

Rules & Regulations
Insurance: External renters must provide proof of liability insurance ($2M or $5M) naming the Town and Library as additional insured, or purchase coverage through the Library.
Booking Window: Requests can be made up to 3 months in advance. Events must conclude 30 minutes before Library closing.
Prohibited: Alcohol, gambling, inflatables, and non-service animals are strictly prohibited on premises.
Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for set-up, restoring room furniture, removing all garbage/recycling, and vacating before the library closes for the day.
